Exchanges and returns

Rules for exchanges and returns in the www.missliberte.com store

If our underwear does not meet your expectations in any way, you can exchange or return it without providing any reason. If you wish to exchange the purchased product, we will send the new order at our expense (only applicable for shipments within Poland). The exact rules for exchanges and returns are described in the Terms and Conditions (accepted at the time of placing and orders).
An abbreviated version is presented below:

1.  (You have the right to exchange or return your order without giving any reason. You can make an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. Only underwear which does not bear any signs of wear, has an originally attached label and is undamaged can be exchanged or returned. To be able to exchange or return it, for hygiene reasons, make sure you try on your purchase over underwear that you normally wear.
3. To make an exchange or return, all you need to do is inform us about your intent by e-mail at hello@missliberte.com. In the title of the e-mail, provide the order number and the words "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" - thanks to this, we will efficiently carry out the exchange / return after receiving the parcel. You can briefly describe the reason for the exchange / return - it will help us to improve our products to better meet your needs in the future!
4. After informing us about your intent, send the underwear back together with the receipt - you can do it via any courier or post it from the Inpost parcel locker. When returning via a parcel locker, remember to send the parcel to the address below. We no longer collect returns from the parcel locker.

   We kindly ask you not to send return parcels by traditional post - it will be difficult for us to collect them.
   You can use the same packaging to send back your order or put your underwear in a bubble envelope. Do it no later than 14 days after informing us of your intent to exchange or return the order. The costs for the return shipment are yours to bear, but in the event of an exchange, we will send you a new size free of charge (only applicable for shipments within Poland).
5. EXCHANGES within Poland: To reserve a new size and make a free exchange, immediately after sending back your order:
   a. Place a new order in the online store for the size you are interested in.
   b. In the "comments to the order" field, write "Order replacement no.... (provide the number of the previous order)".
   c. In the payment options, select "wire transfer".
   d. If you exchange for the same model in a different size, you do not have to pay for the transfer - when we receive the shipment with the previous size, we will simply send you a new one at our expense. In this way, we will carry out the exchange process free of charge.
   e. And if you are exchanging for another model, with a price different from the previous one, we will inform you about the required surcharge or a refund of the difference between the prices of both products.
   f. Note: It is important that you place a new order after sending the previous one, so that the exchange is quick and efficient.
6. EXCHANGES outside of Poland: follow the returns process described above and place a new order. Free shipping of exchanges is online applicable for orders within Poland.
7. RETURNS: In the event of a return, you will receive a refund to your account immediately after we receive the parcel and check that it meets the conditions for returns, indicated in point 2.
