Rules for exchanges and returns in the www.missliberte.com store

If our underwear does not meet your expectations, you can exchange (size only) or return it without providing a reason. If you wish to exchange the purchased product, we will send the new order at our expense. The exact rules for exchanges and returns are described in the Terms and Conditions (accepted at the time of placing and orders).
An abbreviated version is presented below:

  1. You can exchange the purchased product for a different size one-time, free of charge, or return the order without giving a reason. You can make an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  2. Only underwear which does not bear any signs of wear, has an originally attached label and is undamaged can be exchanged or returned. To be able to exchange or return it, for hygiene reasons, make sure you try on your purchase over underwear that you normally wear.
  3. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please first let us know about it, by dropping us an email at [email protected]. In the title of the e-mail, provide the order number and the words “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN” – thanks to this, we will efficiently carry out the exchange / return after receiving the parcel. In response, in case of returns, you will receive a form in which, in addition to detailed information about the products you are returnig, you can briefly describe the reason for the return – this will help us better match our products to your needs in the future! In case of exchange, it is not necessary to send the form, so you can go straight to point 6.
  4. After sending us an email, send the underwear back along with the return form filled in – you can do it via any courier or by sending it to a parcel locker. When returning via a parcel locker, remember to send the parcel to the address below. We no longer collect returns from the parcel locker.

    We kindly ask you not to send return parcels by traditional letter / postal parcel – it will be difficult for us to collect them.
    You can use the same packaging to send back your order or put your underwear in a bubble envelope. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but in the event of an exchange, we will send you the new size free of charge within Poland.
  5. You can also return goods purchased online in-store, at the showroom at Flory 7/3, during opening hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. or on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The refund is made via the same method as payment, within 2-3 business days.
  6. EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE in Poland : You can make a one-time, free exchange of the purchased goods for a different size of the same product. To reserve a new size and make an exchange, immediately after returning the underwear:
    1. Place a new order in the online store for the size you are interested in (same product.)
    2. In the “comments to the order” field, write “Order replacement no…. (provide the number of the previous order)”.
    3. In the payment options, select “wire transfer.” You do not have to wire the money – when we receive the shipment with the previous size, we will simply send you the new one at our expense. In this way, we will carry out the exchange process free of charge.
    4. Note: It is important that you place a new order after sending the previous one, so that the exchange is quick and efficient.
  7. EXCHANGE outside Poland: takes place on the basis of return and placing a new order.
  8. RETURNS: In the event of a return, you will receive a refund to your account immediately after we receive the parcel and check that it meets the conditions for returns, indicated in point 2.
