SIZE

  • Will other sizes be available in the future?
    Currently we offer briefs in three sizes: S, M, L and bras in four sizes: 1 (70-75A), 2 (75-80B), 3 (75-80C), 4 (75-80D). We are a new brand, still getting to know our customers and their needs. We are planning to extend our selection, so do not forget to sign up for our newsletter by providing us with your email address (at the bottom of the main page) and be the first to know about it!
  • How to choose correct size?
    Buying lingerie via internet is no easy task! You are probably aware of the fact that each brand has a slightly different size chart. To avoid any mistakes it is crucial to verify your exact measurements. You can find detailed instructions here. Check your measurements, compare them with our chart and choose a correct size.
  • How to choose correct size when buying as a gift?
    Buying lingerie for a gift can be challenging, but we have a few methods to deal with that!
    Solution 1: Wardrobe content. If it’s possible check the drawers of the person you are buying the gift for and check the labels of theirs current lingerie. Check it against our size chart (available here) and chose the one which is the closest match.
    Solution 2: Call a friend. Foolproof method! Girlfriends usually know each other’s measurements or can easily find that out for you.
    Solution 3: Gift Card. If you don’t want to risk it you can purchase one of our gift cards. It will be send to you in an electronic form, either to be printed or send forward to the intended recipient. You can order one here.

RETURNS

  • How can I return an item I have purchased?
    Just write as an email at: hello@missliberte.com and we will advise the next steps.
  • How much time do I have to return my purchase?
    You can return your purchase within 14 days after receiving you shipment. However, remember that the product must comply with return policy. Detailed information about our return policy can be found below.
  • What is the return policy?
    Any item you have purchased can be return within 14 days after receiving your shipment, provided it has not been used, has the original label still attached and is not damaged. To keep your return rights please try the briefs while wearing your won lingerie. As our products are available in limited numbers and series, any returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • When will I get my money back?
    The cost of your purchase will be returned as soon as we receive the product and we confirm it complies with our return policy. Detailed information about our return policy can be found above.

PAYMENTS

  • What payment methods are available?
    You can pay for your purchase via standard wire transfer or services such as PayU or PayPal.
  • Will I receive purchase confirmation?
    Yes, for each purchase we issue a receipt or an invoice. If you wish to receive and invoice, please remember to choose this option when finalizing your transaction and provide us with a company name and identification number.

DELIVERIES

  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    Usually, we need two working days to process the order and prepare it for shipping and additional two days for delivery. This means that the courier should reach you in 4-5 working days, counting from the date we receive your payment!
  • What should I do if my package did not arrive?
    After we ship the order the delivery depends largely on the service provider. Delivery in certain periods, like Christmas, can take additional 2-3 days. If the package is missing for a longer period of time please contact us at: hello@missliberte.com and we will assist you!
  • What are delivery options and costs?
    All our shipments are fulfilled by UPS or DHL. The cost are respectively 12,90zł and 15,90zł.
  • Are international deliveries available?
    Yes, Miss Liberté will reach you even outside of Poland! We ship to most of EU countries. International deliveries costs are 85zł and estimated time is 10 working days. If you wish to have your purchased shipped abroad please contact us at hello@missliberte.com – we will confirm if shipment to your destination is possible!
