Exchanges and returns
Rules for exchanges and returns in the www.missliberte.com store
If our product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it (size only) or return it without providing a reason. If you wish to exchange the purchased product, we will send the new order at our expense. Detailed rules regarding exchanges and returns are described in the Store Terms and Conditions, which are accepted at the time of ordering. Below, we briefly summarize them:
- You can return your order without giving a reason. You can make an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can also have a one-time, free exchange for a different size. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Only products that show no signs of wear, have the original tag attached and are undamaged can be exchanged or returned. To be able to exchange or return it, for hygiene reasons, make sure you try on your purchase over underwear that you normally wear.
- To exchange or return your item, you can use the CONVENIENT RETURNS option or ship your package using another method of your choice. In both cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility, but in the case of an exchange, we’ll ship the new size free of charge within Poland.
- To use the CONVINIENT RETURNS option, use the widget below. PLEASE NOTE: In case of an exchange, please add the note EXCHANGE in the Additional Comments field, or inform us of your desire to exchange by sending an email to [email protected]
- Detailed instructions on how to EXCHANGE your purchase can be found in points 8-9.
- If you decide to send your parcel in a different way:
- First, let us know by email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the words EXCHANGE or RETURN in the subject line of your email – this will allow us to process your exchange/return efficiently after receiving your parcel. In the case of a return, you will receive a return form in which, in addition to information about the returned items, you can briefly describe the reason for the return – this will help us better tailor the lingerie to your needs in the future! For exchanges, sending the form is not necessary, so you can skip to point 8. 🙂
- After sending the electronic information, send the underwear back along with the completed return form – you can do this via any courier or by sending the parcel to a parcel locker. When returning via a parcel locker, remember to send the parcel to the address below. We no longer collect returns from the parcel locker.

We kindly ask you not to send return parcels by traditional letter / postal parcel – it will be difficult for us to collect them.
You can use the same packaging to send back your order or put your underwear in a bubble envelope. Do it no later than 14 days after informing us about your intention to return your purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but in the event of an exchange, we will send you the new size free of charge within Poland.
- You can also return goods purchased online in-store, at our showroom on Flory 7/3, during opening hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. or on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The refund is made via the same method as payment, within 2-3 business days.

Aby zarezerwować nowy rozmiar i dokonać wymiany, odeślij do nas zamówienie i następnie:- Place a new order in the online store for the size you are interested in (same product.)
- In the “comments to the order” field, write “Order replacement no…. (provide the number of the previous order)”.
- In the payment options, select “wire transfer.” You do not have to wire the money – when we receive the shipment with the previous size, we will simply send you the new one at our expense. In this way, we will carry out the exchange process free of charge.
- Note: It is important that you place a new order immediately after the previous one has been shipped so that the exchange can be processed quickly and efficiently.
- If the replacement package arrives before you place a new order, it will be treated as a return.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but as part of the exchange, we will send you the new size free of charge within Poland.
- EXCHANGE outside Poland: takes place on the basis of return and placing a new order.
- REFUND: You will receive a refund to your account after we receive the shipment and check whether it meets the refund conditions specified in point 2. The amount will be refunded within 14 days, in the same form in which the payment was made. In the case of a partial refund for a delivery fee order, if, after the refund, the order no longer qualifies for free delivery (PLN 500), the refund amount will be reduced by a delivery fee.
